Abstract
METHOD:A 55 year old female presented with swelling below left eyebrow since 2 months. A detailed ocular examination & relevant investigations were done

Her BCVA was 6/24 in both eyes. Local examination showed a globular swelling of size 2cmx1cm, firm, non pulsatile, non reducible with smooth surface & well defined margins on inferonasal aspect of Left Supra-orbital margin. Extra-ocular movements were normal. Anterior segment showed mild ptosis in left eye & early cataract in both eyes. Fundus examination was normal. CT was done. Histopathological examination, done following Excision biopsy, showed a parasite with outer chitinous wall suggestive of Onchocera volvulus.
