Abstract
A two year old male child was brought to OPD with opacification,small size of the right eye and enlargement of the left eye since birth. He had history of seizures and delayed developmental milestones. Ocular examination revealed right eye to be microphthalmos with moderate sclerocornea. Left eye was buphthalmos,intraocular pressure was 16 mm Hg and fundus showed absent fundal reflex. Rest anterior segment was normal. MRI brain showed features suggestive of Dandy Walker malformation and corpus callosum agenesis. The patient was advised pediatric and neurology consultation and is being followed up.
