Primary Corneo- scleral cyst is a rare disease occuring in pediatric age group. To report a rare case of primary Corneo – Scleral cyst in a young girl born of non consanguinity , who presented to our OPD with chief complaints of swelling on white part of the eye which gradually progressed onto the black part of right eye since 2 years and diminished vision. Unaided vision in Right eye was 6/12 and in left eye 6/6. Slit lamp examination of right eye showed a cystic swelling starting 2 mm away from the limbus extending 3-4 mm onto the cornea , with scleral thinning. Right eye anterior segment OCT showed a cyst of 0.9 mm x1.8 mm at scleral level which extended into corneal stroma . Cyst excision with scleral patch graft was done and patient was followed up to look for any recurrence.
