Abstract
A 69year old male patient presented with left eye localized redness and swelling , which was painless , slow growing and not responding to repeated cycles of topical medication since 4 years . On examination, a salmon color mass lesion was found occupying the temporal bulbar conjunctiva with suspected orbital extension. MRI revealed homogenous mass occupying the lateral orbit involving the lateral rectus and lacrimal gland with restricted diffusion .With clinical suspicion of orbital lymphoma incisional biopsy was done and sent for histophathology and immunohistochemistry ,which confirmed orbital marginal zone lymphoma .systemic evaluation confirmed a primary orbital lymphoma .three to four cycles RCVP followed by IFRT was planned.
