Abstract
In this presentation, we share the experience of managing 4 cases of eye trauma presented between March 24, 2020, to May 17, 2020, during the COVID 19 lockdown period. One case was a self-sealed corneal perforation with traumatic cataract and flocculent lens matter in the anterior chamber with lens-induced glaucoma. The surgeon performed eye surgery after taking video consent, and following all AIOS guidelines for COVID-19 cases and using an N95 mask. The traumatic cataract case has undergone aspiration of lens matter and implantation of foldable IOL in the capsular fornices. The other 3 cases included perforating eye injury caused by scissors, or by the iron object. All 3 cases undergone repair of corneo-scleral perforation with poor visual and cosmetic prognosis.
