Abstract
Methods: This is a case report of a female patient having significant maxillary hyperplasia with significant exophthalmos in both eyes since 6 months which was managed by surgery.
Result: By doing maxillary bone curettage, patient’s exophthalmos and other ophthalmic complaints as well as respiratory and cosmetic complaints were taken care of post operatively.
Conclusion: Cherubism is a self limiting condition which improves with time but has to be managed surgically according to presentation of the patient.
