Abstract

Reduced blink rate along with convergence deficiency give rise to Computer vision syndrome (CVS).During lockdown work from home, study from home has increased ONLINE period by more than 300% .We devised an equipment based on RAF(Royal Air force Rule) principle with easily available house hold items .This is clipped on computer, tablet or mobile screen. Following 20:20:20 (20 minutes online 20 second at RAF rule) principle, this was used by 20 people of different age groups. Mean increase in near point of convergence was more than 30% after 2 weeks use. Range of vergence also increased significantly
