Abstract

42 eyes of 42 patients of idiopathic ERM were included in this prospective interventional case series,(18 males & 24 females). Pre-operative CFT, VMT, ERM, EIFL, SFF, IRF, parafoveal changes i.e IRF, SRF & OCTA features i.e FAZ, FAZ shape, SVP crowding, DVP crowding & enface findings were noted. All patients underwent ERM surgery under The Ngenuity (DAVS). Video recording of the surgery & the i- OCT done. Follow up at monthly intervals for 3 months. Complete & successful removal of ERM (iOCT guided) was seen in all cases. Mean log MAR (0.64 to 0.45), CFT(p 0.003), EIFL Staging(p 0.005), SFF resolution(0.009) showed significant improvement. Parafoveal changes i.e, SRF, IRF, ELM & EZ disruption decreased(p 0.040). SVP crowding, DVP crowding, FAZ shape & enface features showed significant changes. We studied OCT, OCTA , iOCT characteristics of ERM and mean log MAR values in pre-operative, intra-operative,postoperative period & compared monthly over 3 months follow up period .
