Abstract

COVID 19 has brought unprecedented challenges for healthcare workers. This is a survey-based study analyzing the psychological impact of COVID 19 among all hospital staff in various eye care hospitals across India. This study highlights the stress faced by various hospital staff form doctors to fourth-grade employees at eyecare hospitals in COVID 19 era. This study will help in formulating hospital staff specific policies from infection control training to offering counselling for various hospital staff.
