Abstract

INTRODUCTION: OSSN is a clinical term that describe a spectrum of neoplastic changes of squamous epithelium of cornea and conjunctiva and spectrum of disease ranging from mild dysplasia to carcinoma in situ to invasive squamous cell carcinoma of ocular surface.

Method- Case1- 65 year old male presenting with painless progressively enlarging mass in left eye noticed 6 months back associated with watering and discharge.

Case2-60 year old female presented with left eye mass painless enlarging mass noticed 3 months back.

Case 3- 58 year old female presented with recurrence of mass in left eye within 3 month of conjunctival mass excsion by some private practitioner. In all cases fundus examination is normal and surgical excision done followed by post operative chemotherapy.

RESULT-Histopathology of excised mass confirmed Squamous cell carcinoma.

CONCLUSION-High degree of suspicion and immediate treatment are the keys to success in eliminating the disease.
