Abstract
Method- Case1- 65 year old male presenting with painless progressively enlarging mass in left eye noticed 6 months back associated with watering and discharge.
Case2-60 year old female presented with left eye mass painless enlarging mass noticed 3 months back.
Case 3- 58 year old female presented with recurrence of mass in left eye within 3 month of conjunctival mass excsion by some private practitioner. In all cases fundus examination is normal and surgical excision done followed by post operative chemotherapy.
RESULT-Histopathology of excised mass confirmed Squamous cell carcinoma.
CONCLUSION-High degree of suspicion and immediate treatment are the keys to success in eliminating the disease.
