Abstract
MATERIALS AND METHODS-10 patients from June 2018 to December 2019 were included in the study.Full ophthalmic evaluation was done for all. Patients were divided into surgical and conservative management groups.Limbal mass <3clock hours underwent surgical excision with 4 mm margins, using the “no touch technique”.Diffuse lesions were treated conservatively with perilesional interferon injection along with interferon eye drops or with mitomycin c drops. Patients were followed up at 1 week,1,3 and 6 months. RESULTS-Males were most commonly affected. 1 patient needed enucleation.6 patients underwent excision and had no recurrence.3 with diffuse lesions showed remission but had a longer duration of treatment. CONCLUSION-OSSN encompasses pre-cancerous and cancerous epithelial lesions of the conjunctiva and cornea. Protocol based treatment is imperative to prevent invasion and recurrence.[advanced_iframe src="https://view.officeapps.live.com/op/embed.aspx?src=https://aiosproceedings.s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/2021/E-Poster/FP490.pptx" width="100%" height="608"]
