Abstract
A 62-year-old male presented with proptosis of right eye for 6 months with a painless, rubbery mass in floor of orbit and salmon pink fleshy infiltrate in inferior fornix. A non-compressible proptosis in right eye was noted with no cervical or regional lymphadenopathy. No hepatosplenomegaly was palpated. MRI brain was normal and orbit showed a lesion in the inferior aspect of the right orbit suggestive of orbital lymphoma. Patient was diagnosed as a primary orbital lymphoma with conjunctival involvement and he underwent excision of the mass through infraorbital approach and sent for HPE which was suggestive of lymphoma. Patient came back with relapse raising suspicion of dissemination of primary orbital lymphoma and referred to Ocular Oncologist. Resection of well-defined mass is useful as we tried in our case but a primary lesion can disseminate hence subsequent follow up is warranted and involvement of ocular oncologist to give appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
