Non randomized & comparative study of 150eyes (75pts.) with cataract to evaluate 6months Visual outcomes & intraoperative Implantation behavior of Gr1Vivinex ,Gr2PCBOO & Gr3Clareon
Per-op outcome post implantation incision width & change in incision width,unfolding time of optics & haptics inside the eye,6months post op Outcomes Measures Included (UDVA) & (CDVA),SIA,Glistening among Grs.
Post implant incision width GR3 =2.31 significantly lower than Gr1 &Gr2 (2.41,2.36 p=.00 ) Change in incision width Group 3 significantly low .07 than GR1(.16)&Gr2(.11) p=.00
Meanunfolding significantly less gr3=30.01

Conclusion
Significantly less post implantation incision width & change in incision width unfolding time in Gr3 compared to Gr1 & Gr2. Comparable SIA,6 months visual outcome
