FP0568 : A RARE PRESENTATION IN OPD-FOSTER KENNEDY SYNDROME

Abstract
Reporting a case of 29 year old female presented with complaints of decreased vision of 1 month duration.On examination vision found to be counting fingers in right eye and 6/6p in left eye.Anterior segment examination showed RAPD in right eye and normal in left eye.Fundus examination showed normal disc in right eye and optic disc edema in left eye.OCT ONH showed optic disc edema in left eye.HFA showed generalized depression of visual field in both eye.VEP test showed decreased amplitude ,poor wave form right optic nerve and prolonged latency of p100.MRI scan showed a large mass involving fronto temporal lobe and impinging on right optic nerve suggestive of meningioma.Patient underwent surgery for meningioma.
