Abstract
Pitutary adenoma is benign tumour of pituitary gland producing progressive visual field defect ,headache, endocrinological presentation .It can be misdiagnosed as glaucoma. Hence it should be ruled out during workup of patients with visual field defect. Here we are documenting a case of pituitary adenoma previously being treated as glaucoma, its presentation and clinical course and management
