Abstract
Constant evolution of science translates to evolving technological and surgical recourses to deal with the newer challenge . Epithelial Mapping which has opened up newer vistas for selecting and planning a Refractive Surgery will be discussed effectually . Biomechanics has been an enigma and yet a direction forward would be better analysed . Which of our Pts could develop Post PRK haze would be thrashed out . Differentiating Regression from Ectasia needs to clinch the right topographic clues and a need for the right surgical approach would be explained . Smile would be discussed in comparison to the other existing modalities and pinpointed on its possible advantage . The role of Phakic iols in Keratoconus and the relevant tips would be brought forth . The best ways to manage some extremely distressing Flap complications and salvaging a 6/6 vision in Iatrogenic Ectasia too would be succinctly discussed.
