Abstract

In the era of 2020 with huge patient expectations and ever increasing popularity of refractive surgery , there remains tremendous grey areas in daily refractive practice . The lure of dramatically improving a patients lifestyle by providing excellent uncorrected vision is too compelling to resist. Often the surgeons choice is more pragmatic in this pandemic of easily available information both for the treating physician and being treated patient. Based on our clinical experience the course aims at unravelling the common dilemmas and controversies we encounter in our routine clinical practice and lay down lucid guidelines .
