Abstract

Intrascleral flanged IOL fixation is fast becoming procedure of choice for implanting IOL in eyes with inadequate capsular support. The technique initiated by Gabor and popularised as Glued IOL is evolving with time and many new improvised techniques are emerging. Video based teaching of different variations of the fixation procedure will be delivered. Various possible complications and tips & tricks for avoiding those in different scenarios will be discussed with help of surgical videos.

This course is designed to give an overview of newer techniques and help the attendee learning the basics of these techniques.
