The course will begin with focus on new concepts in aetiopathogenesis of Keratoconus. With newer investigative modalities now available, answers on how they can change our practice will be discussed. Recent advances in our understanding and types of crosslinking will be highlighted. The audience will then witness a shift in gear with decision making, planning & controversies in topography guided treatments and intracorneal ring segments being discussed threadbare. Subsequent management of residual refractive errors & complications will be discussed effectively. Variations & technique of deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty in advanced keratoconus will be detailed upon.
