Abstract
Dacryocystorhinostomy is perhaps the most common lacrimal procedure performed by General Ophthalmologists as well as Oculoplasty surgeons world-wide with a success rate of 80-95%. However, the rest 5-15 % patients who continue to have watering postoperatively is quite frustrating both for the patient and the surgeon. Apart from the intricacies involved in revision DCR, the most challenging element is to correctly diagnose the cause of the surgical failure and decide appropriate management. This course is designed in a way so as to cover all topics starting from etiological factors and investigative modalities to the various surgical approaches for the management of a failed DCR. All panelists are extremely dynamic Oculoplasty surgeons who will share their pearls from their vast experience and interact with the audience for clarification of doubts .We are sure this course would be beneficial to all those who are routinely practising DCR and need to learn expertise to manage a failed one
