Abstract

We all commit to deliver the best to every patient. But success is never 100%. We are bound to err and when we see suboptimal results, we often analyse retrospectively to find the lacunae.

This video assisted course gives an insight into all the pardigms where we can falter and brings out the best possible ways to make the surgery closer to perfection resulting in satisfied patient outcome.

We shall deal with possible clinical errors, biometry errors, errors in choosing the IOL, errors in surgical technique and also errors in communication with the patient.

this course shall be taken up by experienced surgeons, who will guide on for possible errors as case dependent approach and shall help the delegates to realise their mistakes, help them choose the machines and suggest the correct technique to avoid the errors.

This course not only helps to improve surgical skills and planning, but also shall help to improve the clinical practice and help to avoid litigations with the patients
