Abstract

Money Control: The key to our practice

Every practice aims for great patient experience. So we ask what do our patients want? The patients want everything, but they do not want to pay. We have rephrased this question in this IC-What is the patient willing to pay for?

This IC makes an in-depth study of a chain of hospitals in Eastern India that provides quality at affordable cost and compares it with big and small practices across the country to address this with:

1. What would be the number of patients to break even with OPD charges?

2. Given a specific number of patients in the OPD, there would be a subset who would require Interventions. These are calculated by pooling data from practices and develop an algorithm to suggest pricing strategies.

3. This IC will also provide an in-depth analysis of how to value your practice buy-in or pay-out in the journey of the practice.

4. The economics of an NFP organization also stands out and this option will be analyzed in detail.
