Preoperative evaluation, intraoperative clues for diagnosing potentially unstable zonules, techniques of management of disasters and long term complication like capsular contraction will be discussed. IOL options along with techniques of fixation with sutures and glues will be highlighted. At the end of the course, the participants will be prepared mentally and technically to use rings , hooks and segments in difficult situations and learn to apply the best method to achieve well centered, stable, bag-IOL complex while managing ectopia lentis
