Abstract

Hassle free practice is an ever changing subject with new advances and techniques being discovered and created daily. We need to keep pace with these things. At the same time ensure that our skills do not become irrelevant. It may be acceptable to big, corporate hospitals but not that easy to accept for clinics, day care centres and small hospitals. We should ensure that our skills do not become irrelevant but need to be updated. In this IC we discuss how we can remain professionally sharp and add value to the care we provide to our patients. We have to keep ourselves updated to face competition and turn out as a successful practitioner for betterment of Ophthalmology and society as well.
