Nasal endoscopy has now become the standard practice in most lacrimal prcocedures due to the recent interest of oculoplasty surgeons in the intranasal approach .My video is a compilation of 6 case scenarios of different lacrimal procedures where the endoscope has helped the surgery go in the right direction .The endoscope not only provides a direct view of the intrnasal anatomy but also serves as an extra eye in the hands of a trained endoscopic surgeon in complicated cases. my series describes a normal endoscopic DCR , use of endoscope in canalicular trauma , placement of jones tube , replacement of jones tube , ostium assessment in post surgery cases and intrnasal cyst managemnt during lacrimal probing .
