Traumatic cataract with a iridodialysis is a common sequelae affecting eye post blunt trauma. Management of traumatic cataract in itself is a big challenge. Simultaneous repair of Iridodialysis is another herculean task which has to be done in case to regain good vision. The video will highlight the management of subluxated traumatic cataract followed by iridodialysis repair. The technique would be simplified so that can be used by all to repair the iris.
