Abstract

Introduction: Cryptophthalmos is a congenital condition usually recognized by skin fold from forehead to cheek. The ocular content is usually rudimentary. We found a case with congenital Cryptophthalmos , which was associated with cystic globe and maxillay hypoplasia. We decided to treat this patient surgically in three sessions.

Methodology: this patient was operated for Cryptophthalmos in three sessions during five years. Surgery is recorded each time. Recorded surgical video was used and edited.

Result: Patient was treated successfully with the surgical treatment.

Conclusion: Cryptophthalmos can be treated successfully by surgical treatment .
