Abstract
Methods: He presented with complaints of diminution in vision since childhood. He underwent detailed ocular and systemic examination including slit lamp and fundus evaluation.
Results: His vision was finger count 0.5m in bilaterally. Anterior segment examination revealed corectopia and polycoria.Intraocular pressure was raised to around 40 mm Hg.Fundus examination showed glaucomatous disc in both eyes with C:D ratio 0.9-1.0.On systemic examination,hypertelorism,flat nasal bridge and dental malocclusion was observed.
Conclusion:He was diagnosed with Axenfeld Reiger Syndrome.It is necessary to diagnose condition as early as possible to prevent ocular complications and safeguard vision.
