Abstract
With new innovations in the management of Posterior Capsular Rents (PCR) during phacoemulsification, one no longer has to convert to ECCE or M-SICS. The most difficult situations can now be managed with ease and a little practice. Complicated cases like PCR with large chunks of residual nucleus can be managed by an anterior segment surgeon and still deliver a 6/6 vision. We bring to you a video-based learning to help you inculcate these techniques.
