Abstract

We are presenting a case of of 19 year old female operated by Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty – Big Bubble Technique . She had Keratoconus in both the eyes .

In the operated eye Central Corneal Thickness – Thinnest was 284 micron & Preoperative Best Corrected Visual Acuity was 2/60 . Postoperatively Best Corrected Visual Acuity improved to 6/9p .
